Free training
Free training is, well, free — no payment, no refund needed.
Paid courses & live cohorts
Because course material and live-session access are delivered digitally and immediately, paid programs are non-refundable once you have accessed lesson content or attended a live session. If you have not accessed any material, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing connect@engulfingbull.com.
Cohort cancellations
If a live cohort is cancelled by us, you'll receive a full refund or the option to roll your seat into the next batch.
How to request
Email us with your order ID and reason. We typically respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
