8. Refund Policy
All products, courses, mentorship programs, webinars, workshops, recordings, digital downloads and educational materials are digital and educational in nature.
Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary content, intellectual property, educational materials, recordings, strategies, templates and course resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds shall be granted under any circumstances including change of mind, lack of participation, inability to attend live sessions, failure to complete the course, dissatisfaction arising from expectations, financial circumstances, lack of trading success or technical inability on the purchaser’s side to access content.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be submitted before the official commencement date of a course or program.
Once the official commencement date has passed, no cancellation request shall be accepted regardless of attendance or usage.
Approval of any cancellation request remains solely at the discretion of Engulfing Bull and does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
